Going to the museum with children
Who's still worried about youngsters getting bored in museums? Certainly not them! At Le Pays du roi Morvan, everything is done to ensure that they enjoy cultural visits that will leave them with nothing but fond memories and the desire to return.
The Maison de la Chauve-souris in Kernascléden
When you enter the Maison de la Chauve-souris in Kernascléden, you are entering a world that is often little-known, yet deserves to be explored from top to bottom. With the " Bat Investigation " booklet, budding chiropterologists with the soul of an investigator are invited to search from room to room to solve a few riddles. In the process, they'll discover the fascinating world of bats! The booklet is suitable for children aged 7 and over.
Once you've solved the mystery, take Mylène 's little tip: extend your outing with a visit to Notre-Dame church. You're right next door, and it would be a shame not to admire the danse macabre!

Loisirs en Gare in Guiscriff
In Guiscriff, Loisirs en Gare is undoubtedly the place to visit with the whole family. Alongside the V7 greenway, the Musée de la Gare, the only one of its kind in Central Brittany, offers a journey through time in memory of the Breton railwaymen who, through their work, contributed to the economic, social and cultural development of the region. Sounds a bit complicated... but not at all! That's without counting on the lovely little booklet entitled "Become an expert on the Breton network", which accompanies children (aged 5-7) on their visit. All the little apprentice station managers are delighted with this adventure, which they can enjoy together.
Loisirs en Gare also offers an escape game, "Le Secret du Cheval Noir", which children aged 8 and over can take part in. You have 1 hour, timer in hand, to find the clues and solve the various puzzles.
After all these adventures, a break at the Café de la Gare and Solenn 's smile will make everyone happy!

The Musée du Faouët
Every year the Musée du Faouët presents a temporary exhibition that attracts visitors from far and wide. And it's not just adults who are curious, because at the Museum we've got the art of welcoming the whole family!
With the family workshop tour, you can practice art together. After a 30-minute interactive tour of the exhibition, there's a one-hour workshop where you can reveal your artistic talents.
Young visitors (aged 7-12) can also visit on their own, using the booklet or exploration bag. That's all there is to it...
Teens haven't been forgotten either. A workshop tour gives them the chance to have fun for 1 hours.
If your little tribe still has some energy left, don't hesitate to take a walk in the woods of Sainte-Barbe and visit the astonishing chapel. Don't know how to get there? Just pop into the tourist office and they'll show you the way. You can also ask Sarah at the bar Le Bon Abri, next to Les Halles. She'll be able to point you in the right direction!

Conclusion
So, are you convinced? Now you know that discovering museums is not just for adults. You'll see, from now on it's the kids who'll take you by the hand to go!
