- One can not cross the village of Kernascléden without being struck by the beauty of the church Notre-Dame. This edifice, a reference to flamboyant Gothic architecture, possesses all the riches of this period. Inside, one is amazed by the magnificence of the frescoes representing the scenes of the life of the Virgin Mary and Jesus. One dreams in front of the musician angels who have challenged an illustrious visitor: the painter Maurice Denis. One is more worried about hell and his devils or the macabre dance that reminds us that we are all equal in the face of death. The church also contains another "treasure". A colony of bats has taken up residence in its bell tower! That's why, right next to the church, walkers can visit the House of the bat where the dynamic team that works there will make them know all about the mysterious world of these damsels of the night.
