The Tourist Office of the Pays du Roi Morvan has been involved in the Quality Tourism Process since 2007. This is a national certification initiated by the State in 2003, based on the taking into account customer feedback. The approach aims to:

  • ensure the best organisation to facilitate the day-to-day work of permanent and seasonal staff
  • provide better visibility of the Tourist Office and its activities
  • creating a distinctive profile in an increasingly competitive world
  • improving customer loyalty and efficiency in the networking of the various players in the life of the territory


In order to adapt this approach to our region and our tourist office, made up of 21 municipalities and three offices, here are the foundations of our quality policy:

  • Facilitate networking to improve the transmission of information between the three offices and facilitate remote working
  • Sustain the quality of service by clarifying the roles and tasks of each employee
  • Improve tourist reception areas and highlight areas for improvement in-house, and for all the participants in the life of the territory (service providers, municipalities) thanks in particular to the Local Working Group
  • Listening to customers and providing a response tailored to their needs and expectations
