Lieux mouvants au Coscro, panier des chefs

The Basket of Chefs day combines gastronomy, nature and art. Very popular since its creation, this day around Breton chefs, starred or recognized gathered in the very beautiful setting of the Château du Coscro, gives its participants the opportunity to enjoy a gastronomic picnic and to visit the remarkable garden of the castle while taking advantage of an original musical proposal. For the 10th anniversary of Lieux Mouvants, chefs Christophe Le Fur (Auberge Grand Maison in Mûr-de-Bretagne), Jonathan Le Roy (Le Brezoune in Ploufragan) and Gwenaël Lavigne (Ô Saveurs in Saint-Brieuc) will compose a unique lunch at 6 hands that will be assembled on site in front of the gourmets. The Maison de l'Andouille of the Rivalan-Quidu family will offer a stand for tasting and selling genuine andouille from Guémené. After lunch, critic and journalist Jacky Durand will host a round table with the chefs. For years, Jacky Durand has been crisscrossing rural France for his tasty culinary chronicles in Liberation (“Tu mitonnes”) and every Saturday morning on France Culture (“Les Mitonnages de Jacky”). He is the author of a successful first novel, Les Recettes de la vie (Stock 2019, Folio 2020). The day will be bathed in a musical atmosphere proposed by the Dj and eclectic “selector” Julien Tiné. It will offer a veritable cabinet of musical curiosities where sharing and love of music are the key words.
