This quite remarkable architectural house is located in the center of the town of Priziac, not far from the church. Wrongly referred to as the parish presbytery, because of the chalice carved on its gable, the building is in reality a former seigneurial court. After a long campaign of work, the restoration of the 16th century Priziac courtroom was completed in 2023.
