As part of the 11th edition of the National Days of Action against Illiteracy, the Gourin media library and games library invites you to (re)discover its Easy to Read Space! Inaugurated in September 2023, the Easy to Read Space of the Gourin media library and games library guarantees access to a documentary and cultural offer for all audiences. It has a wide choice of documents, a Daisy reader (Digital Accessible Information SYstem), inclusive signage and a comfortable layout that invites everyone to relax and serenity. We invite you, from now on, to take note of our program for the 11th edition of the National Days of Action against Illiteracy: ● Tuesday, September 10, 2024: 10:00 a.m.: Presentation, initiation and use of the Daisy reader (Digital Accessible Information SYstem). 10:45 a.m.: Preview presentation of the eight works selected for the 2025 Easy to Read Prize. ● Wednesday, September 11, 2024: 3:00 p.m.: Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia, Dysphasia, Dysgraphia... We will present all our adapted materials. 4:00 p.m.: Introduction to the "Timeline Access+" game. ● Thursday, September 12, 2024: 2:00 p.m.: Ciné-Club: viewing of a French film on the theme of illiteracy, which had nearly a million admissions at the box office in France in 2023.
