Workshop led by Pascal Paris, fruit tree technician at 2 p.m. On the program: recognition and selection of the organs of production of fruit trees; recognition and selection of vegetative organs and renewal of fruit trees. The purpose of this pruning is to obtain quality fruit with a regular yield. Registration until February 3 (limited to 20 people). Price: €10/person (friendship drink at the end of the activity).
