Workshop led by Pascal Paris, gardener of the estate, at 2 p.m. Program: learn to prune the fruit tree to give it a solid and productive structure adapted to the available space; the shapes studied: the high stem and half-stem, the goblet, the vertical axis, the cord and the glass palmette; method of harvesting grafts for spring grafting.
