Kastell Kozh fête ses 10 ans !

The Kastell Kozh association is celebrating its 10th anniversary and for this occasion, it has put together a beautiful medieval afternoon for you at the foot of the Grand Rempart. From 2 p.m., medieval troops and artisans will introduce you to ancient skills such as food, weaving, leather, archery and blacksmithing. Young and old will be able to compete over medieval games in a dedicated space. The Caiminaïre music group, modern day troubadours who come to us from Montpellier, will stroll through Guémené throughout the afternoon. Flash tours of the historic district will also be offered as well as stories, recited by torchlight in the guard tower. At 6:30 p.m., the Emile Mazé college choir will take you to encounter sung poems from the period, before giving way to the Caminaïre group for a medieval music concert. At 9:30 p.m., with the Grand Rampart as a backdrop, the artist Kum Kum will play a minstrel becoming a knight in a fantastic show mixing humor and acrobatics! Finally, you can eat on site to fully enjoy this medieval day!
