Maison Michel Guillemot is the most awarded establishment for its andouilles with its 20 medals in the official contest of the knights of the Goûte-Andouille of Jargeau. You will also find the famous andouille cocktail specially devised by Michel Guillemot for the aperitif and you will appreciate its more elevated character.
